I am not too fond of most vegetables, so when I make my vegetable I only use the ones that I like to eat. You can use any vegetable you like, but for me the vegetables are limited. The ingredients listed below are the vegetables I use, but you can use different ones to your liking.
MY INGREDIENTS:
1 pizza shell
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped eggplant
1 cup of peas
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Spread the mixture over the [izza shell crust. Arrange broccoli, tomat,eggplant and peas over pizza shell.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Chill for one hour, slice and serve
