"Magic Tricks"

Magic tricks
We pray for magic tricks
To change the outside world

To trick the mind
Into thinking all is well
That problems no longer be

The inner world
The mind's world
Driving force of outer action

The outer world
Responds in time
To reflect just how we see

How we see
Each has his own part to do
Each has his own mind to fix

Change not others
Change how we see others
Our own mind is our concern

See with love
Don't react with hate and anger
To another's insanity

Pray for vision
See the world another way
Correct vision, we need to learn

Outer world turmoil
Reflects inner world madness
A pleading cry for help

Revenge and hate
Never heals a sick and crazy mind
For both minds shall then be sick

Choose Christ Vision
Forgive, don't be angry and upset
Unawareness is shared by all

Pray for Vision
Guidance to heal your mind
Not for magic external tricks
