Baked Crispy Sweet Potato Fries are so delicious and easy to make with variations for different tastes.
Variation Sprinkles to top Sweet Potatoes after Baked:
Dry Ranch Dressing
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
Cayenne Powder
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Powdered Sugar/Nutmeg
Sea salt
Seasoned Salt
Cagun Seasoning
Baked Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
3 Large Unpeeled Sweet Potatoes
3 Tablespoons Scramblers Egg Substitute
Pam spray
Coating
1/3 cup nonfat grated Parmesan topping
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosmary
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1. Mix coating ingredients and set aside
2. Scrub the sweet potatoes, dry, cut into strips
Drizzle egg substitute over sweet potatoes and toss
Sprinkle coating over sweet potatoes and toss
3. Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam
Arrange potatoes in single layers not touching
Spray lightly with Pam
Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes
Turn potatoes with a spatula
Bake 10 - 15 more minutes
Serve hot
