Developing and managing a website is no easy task. With all the CSS, HTML/XHTML, PHP, MySQl, Jacascript, C++, and countless other codes and symbols, the process of creating a website can be a bit daunting, but when someone's creating a business on a smaller than shoestring budget, it's a technical obstacle that needs to be climbed.

Unluckily for entrepreneurs, they're going to have to jump many hurtles in order to fit the small budget that they're on. However, luckily, for the entrepreneurial masses, there are domains called forums, chat rooms, and blogs to help them out with their venture in to the technical world of the World Wide Web. No matter what the matter is, their questions can be answered with a simple type in to the Google search bar.

For some things, however, there will be amounts that need to be pulled out in order to create a successful website. Things like a hosting server, and personal domain. Even though it is possible to make a website out of Squidoo lens's, it's much more helpful to create a website through a cheap hosting server like GoDaddy, or MonsterHost. Having an owned hosting server gives complete flexibility with a website for the user, and let's them have a much wider amount of options rather than having to stick with a GeoCities web host. This should cost around $4.99USD a month with GoDaddy, but can be driven lower by choosing the ".org" server rather than the ".com" server (even though this is highly unrecommended).

After a hosting server has been purchased, a freelancer should be the next part of the obstacle of purchases if you want your website to really sing, and to save a lot of time, here's a little secret, creating a business blog, rather than a static website, is much more profitable. Not only that, it's also much cheaper to create a business blog than a static website that won't keep much traffic. This depends on the business though, but due to the new era of people wanting to connect more, it would be much wiser to create a business web log rather than a static web page. It is possible to integrate your hosting server with Wordpress.org, and use a freelancer in order to create a unique and stylish blog that people would love to visit. This is the cheapest way to create a successful website.

After these two purchases, everything else should be done on one's own. Not only would it help them understand their website better, but if they need to create a website again, they would know exactly how to do.
