My Heart
I remember well the day that I
gave my heart to you.
I knew that you needed it,
no other heart would do.
Perhaps you remember too
the way it made you feel,
when I wrapped it in pink paper
and marked it with my seal.
Now I have been wondering
if you've done with it,
don't need it any more.
Do you think that you
could wrap it up and
leave it at my door?
I know that it is broken
and empty as can be
but you know that it's still
a little part of me.
So, if one day you find yourself
with nothing else to do
perhaps you could deliver it
marked to me from you

A Molten Heart
Do you ever experience that feeling,
Of things unknown, yet known to come?
When you feel the opposite of déjà
Song of the Heart
When the dew caresses the myrtle tree...
When the sunrise smiles on the peony...
When the rose is kissed
THE HEART
From within, an ache that grows
Filling the boundaries of my mind
Spreads the pain and on it flows

My heart is on the floor.
It lays there where you left it,
When you walked right out the door.
I

at rest where it's safe
your scars though healed
so deep and afraid of pain
Reality now your keeper
I feel
