Time Is Moving On
Right now I am a little lonesome
My heart is bruised and battered.
I know I will have to go down this lonely path alone .
But I still have with in me, everything that truly matters.
Don't have time to wallow in self pity.
Cause time is moving on.
Watch out for those high stepping women
who are all trash and flash.
Cause they will be long gone when you run out of cash.
Someday I am going to find a (Man or Women ) who
has a lot more class.
Then I will find my self a true love.
Know next time it is going to last.
Don't have time to wallow in self pity.
Cause time is moving on.
Sometimes I don't need enemies
Because I have my self as a friend.
Because no matter where I go.
I seem to take my self along.
Sometimes it seems that the problems in my life will never end.
Cause I'm the one that causes some of these things that go wrong.
But I still have within me every thing that truly matters.
I don't have time to wallow in self pity.
For time is moving on.
The sands of time are running quickly through the glass
Can't dwell on yesterday or worry about the past.
I put one foot in front of the other for the future lies in me.
A new love waits to greet me on the road to eternity.
I don't have time to wallow in self pity.
For time keeps moving on.
