The recipe of slow cooker mac and cheese goes into my mind, when I want to prepare my meal these days. I am enjoying it.

I usually have the elbow macaroni in this recipe, with eggs, cheese, sugar or salt (personally, I like it to be a bit salty, though sweeter one is better). Use a slow cooker to make this dish, for it takes time to have a delicious taste.

First of all, I will coat the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Get two eggs well beaten, and mix it well with cheese and sugar/salt. I usually add a teaspoon of salt and one third teaspoon of sugar. If you want to do it yourself, you have to make it to your taste. I think that each person have different taste, so, it is better to adjust to your taste.

Put some water into the slow cooker and then the mixture. Stir well, and put the elbow macaroni in. After 2-3 hours, you can have a wonderful meal out of your job!
