TRIAL OF LOVE
I'm never too lazy
Looking at beautiful girls makes me feel like a daisy
It makes me go all crazy
But it makes me happy all the same.
When girls call me by my name
It could be a claim to fame
Or it could set me on the path to shame.
Don't get me wrong that's what I think
Especially if I give that girl a glancing wink
But if she doesn't respond my heart starts to sink
And I'm wondering whether it's because I stink.
I probably need a bath I thought
As the love I show towards her hasn't been bought
I know I need to buy her flowers I ought
Or the coppers will jail me and send me to court.
Confused, alone, can't get a girl
With her flowing locks and gracious twirl
I dread to think I'm destined to be single for a long long time
Coppers, arrest me I know I've committed a crime.

You had gone away and left me alone.
