ANGRY LITTLE HEART
Fundamental reasons seen listed in a row
her angry little heart searches for something to grasp
Something from her past...she needs to let go
Harmony once precious and plenty drawn near
now she's facing the demons that once plagued her with fear
She feels somber and lonesome this night
she lays wondering...
what happened to her strong willed Knight
She yearns for his comfort, his kind gentle eyes
that once made her feel safe and warm with surprise
But now there is no one to play his part
or to fill the void within her angry little heart
She wanders the streets alone and wared
frayed tattered clothes is all she wears
Her eyes are puffy from the sleepless nights
while the lines of aging appear in the light
Will her angry little heart find what it needs
will it be able to let go of what used to be
Faith raises hope in her time of despair
And her souls reaching out for someone who cares
Never more shall she walk with her head held down
with her mouth curved inward, causing a frown
Her angry little heart will be happy once more
as she picks herself up off the hardwood floor
I'll find a way, she says to herself
for determination is a distinct force to be dealt
And with it comes passion for what is to come
I am a survivor...I am someone
She smiles with pleasure as she makes a new start
to begin healing the wounds carved in her angry little heart.

All you bullies are alike.
You're really very sad.
You have low self esteem, no guts
the best of these you've rarely had.

Where do I display the anger brought my way
Shall I sit and wait for a moment of hate
Or shall I prize being taken by

The transformation of one moment,
words spoken in haste.
Misunderstand ing,
the spontaneous wild fire,

Anger and Melancholy
My thoughts seem malformed, cradled in anger
And my senses languish in drab melancholy
As your burnt offering

Anger
Shrouded in black leather
Innocence twisted
Imaginations kidnapped
Anger
Leaning on battered park benches
Shouting brave
