Every since I was little, I had a huge sweet tooth. Seeing the chance to list my top ten favortie sweets, I realized I just couldn't pass it up. My hardest problem with this though was choosing just ten. I figured it would be easiest if I listed these sweet treats in the order leading to my most favorite. I will also include a few facts about each treat.
10. Hershey Kisses Cookies'n'Cream. This flavor was just recently released into production in the year 2007. It tastes just like the Hershey's candy bar Cookies'n'Cream.
9. Jelly Belly Beans. I prefer the buttered popcorn flavor to the rest. These real life flavored jelly beans were introduced to the world in 1907.
8. Reese's Cup. The first commercial for this delicious treat had two kids walking toward each other, one with chocolate and the other with peanut butter. They bump into each other and get the treats mixed together and find out they love the mix.
7. Kitkat candy bar. This satisfying wafer chocolate bar was introduced in 1931. It was left as is until 2000 when the Kit Kat Big Bar was introduced. Then came the other styles of the Kit Kat bar.
6. German Chocolate Cake Ice Cream. Obviously from the name it is fashioned after the old fashioned German Chocolate cake. It has the coconut and chocolate and caramel creamy taste that a slice of the cake has.
5. German Chocolate Cake. Oddly enough this cake didn't come from Germany at all. It originally came from Dallas, Texas. It's name came from the chocolate baking bar produced by Baker's Chocolate Company in 1852 by Sam German.
4. Hershey's S'mores Candy bar. This treat was created by Hershey's featuring it after the campfire treat of taking two graham crackers, a couple pieces of Hershey's milk chocolate, and a toasted marshmellow and putting the marshmellow and chocolate in between the crackers.
3. Milky Way Midnight bar. This treat was originally name Milky Way Dark Bar but was change to capture the romance of it's dark chocolate.
2. Hershey's Reese's Fast Break bar. This delicious candy bar has peanut butter and nougat wrapped in a surrounding of milk chocolate that was introduced in 2001.
1. Swedish Fish. This in my all time favorite candy in the world. Not only does it taste good but it's a fat free candy so I don't feel too bad if I eat a whole bag. This candy is in the shape of little red fish with the logo "Swedish" enbossed on the side of each fish. Each fish has a fruity flavored tasted to them.
These are my top favorite sweet treats. What are yours?
