If stupidity and ignorance are not the same
Then why to they here, go by the same name
Anything that was good, my talents, my strengths
They all disappear and all you see is my shame
Before I was brilliant, beautiful and tall
Now I am as metal, which is rusted and small
My hands were once graceful; easy to bend
Now they are rough; easy to offend
Green eyes that were clear, bright and free
Are bloodshot from tears, lonely and full of fear
My voice was so joyful, fun, filled with glee
But the silence now is heartbreaking to hear
My heart is heavy; my chest is bare
My kimono is light and the cloth; easy to tear
This room is full of beauties, brilliance and strength
However, my seat is lost and empty
I am chained to my fate
