The McCain & Obama Reality Show

Welcome to the American nightmare called the McCain and Obama show.
It's sad that it's on every channel but that's how politics go.
The cameras are rolling, ratings are high and Lou Dobbs is having a ball.
I'll tell you if it wasn't for Lou this wouldn't make any sense at all.

I guess we're stuck with Obama and McCain and there's not a lot we can do.

What a joke these presidential choices we have with the running of these two.
Obama Bin Ladin has got one for us as a Muslim some will call him.
Insane McCain has got war on the brain and its Bush all over again.

Obama says he has all the solutions and that he's there for you.
Something is amiss when he never tells you just how and what he's going to do.
He's quite the dancer when it comes to the answers but will he have the last dance?
If he gets in as the president it will only be by happenstance.

McCain is in his twilight years and the question is how many more.
He picked a running mate that's much younger and that's a blessing for sure.
Sarah Palin for vice president is full of tenacity and a go getter.
If McCain gets in as president, in the end I hope she can do better.

Obama says he knows the plight that the American people are in.
I fear there's not going to be a lot of change if either of them wins.
They both say they have the answers and we're supposed to believe in that.
If you ask me it's nothing more than the usual political bull crap.

Lou Dobbs you would make a great president but I wouldn't wish that upon you.
Just stay independent Lou and keep on doing what you do.
Also starring is Wolfe Blitzer, Glen Beck and a bevy of others too.
It's a never ending cast of characters in this crazy political zoo.

Advertisers are paying big dollars and the funds are shuffled around.
I can't believe how they're paying off Hillary's debts; what are you people, clowns?
How about a break for the middle class folk; forgive and pay all their debts too.
It's supposed to be do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

We'll be right back after this short pause; stay tuned for more details.
Then it's back to the show again with a story of two jack asses and their tall tales.
The poor keep eating noodles and the rich keep eating steak.
Oh how I wish you'd get it all figured out and give everybody a break.
