LensCrafters was established in the early 1980's. They were the very first to revolutionize the way that glasses were made. Enabling those with certain prescriptions to obtain their glasses in about an hour'. This was different, and unique. Most patrons of the bespectacled world were used to waiting days if not weeks to get their glasses. But LensCrafters brought a full lab with them when they began to set up their locations around the globe even in Puerto Rico.
I myself, am a customer of them. I continue to go back for the same reasons. Customer Service. They pride themselves highly on being able to make you feel comfortable about your purchase as well as making sure it's the right one for you. They do not bring you in, and tell you this frame looks good so they can make a sale and get you out of the store quickly. I've had them ask for my price point, and help me stay within my budget. It is these and many other reasons that I return constantly to this establishment.

I've even had the manager ask the doctor to work me in' when I was in real need. Upon returning, the associates take cues from me. What frames am I already wearing? What is my skin tone, my eye color, my favorite color, the shape of my face. All factors that they use to help me find the perfect pair of frames. They take cues from my choices and help me with choices of my own, things I might not have picked up on my own, but end up being some of the best. They're trained well, and extremely knowledgeable not just of the cosmetic, but of the actual lenses and the glasses making process as well. They chat with you, make you feel at home and comfortable through out the check out process, making sure you understand all your options and which one is right for you.
The Layout:
There are signs everywhere, that help you know exactly where you are. Knowing if you're in the mens or kids section sometimes is helpful. My mother has a very small face frame, her glasses tend to come from the kids section. So instead of walking around trying on
