I never knew how anger makes you feel,
Or all the negativity it holds,
Your mind and being know that it is real,
As all the aspects of the tale unfold.
We take our anger and we make it huge,
By thinking on the negative and then,
Behind emotions and our subterfuge,
We enter that bad circle once again.
For anger twists the mind, and addles those,
Who let its grasp unfold as mysteries,
Which are not vast as we might first suppose,
But sit within our minds to taunt and tease.
Let anger take to winds of change and go,
And what replaces anger is complete,
Our soul can thrive and learn to live and grow,
Without surrender to its cold defeat.
