We all love chicken, and everyday we look for different recipes which are delicious and easy to cook.I got this recipe for all the mums who love to cook.This recipe is actually called Mysore chicken in India and for this lovely dish you need
Ingredients A
500gm chicken fillet-cut into pieces
6 tbsp. tomato sauce
tsp. salt
2 tsp. light Soy sauce
1/8 tsp. chicken granules
1/8 tsp. pepper
Ingredients B
5 tbsp. cooking oil
1tsp mustard seeds
21/2 cm cinnamon stick
3 cloves
4 cardamom
1 small star anise
2 springs curry leaves
11/2 tsp. pounded garlic
2 big onions-sliced
Curry paste
2 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. water
Mix together and set aside for 4 hrs
125ml water
1 red chili, deseed and cut into triangles
1 green chili, deseed and cut into triangles
Garnishing
Coriander leaves
Method:
. Heat oil to fry ingredients B. fragrant garlic and add onions.
Add in curry paste.
When fragrant, add in chicken. Fry for a few minutes.
Pour in ingredients A and water.
When the chicken is tender and sauce is thick, add chilies.
Leave for 2 min, dish out and serve.
This recipe serves 4 persons.

It is a very good recipe try it and see.It is one of the my grand mother's famous dishes,which I love to eat.
