The way I really feel is like bursting out in song.
Singing in the parlour is where I belong.
Laughter all around us in children far away.
Enjoyment everlasting in hope we pray.
Taking time to sing a song on how you really feel.
While mother sits there working on her spinning wheel.
It can be harmony to all around us ar horndous too
But we have to sit and listen and hear it through.
Feelings are all around us everywhere around.
Noises of the traffic driving around town.
Children laughing and singing oh how we hear.
How we feel matters when we smile and cheer.
I always like to be happy singning my merry songs.
Singing in the parlour is where I belong.
Times are hard around us with poverty and crime.
It makes me feel happy when I can go and spend a dime.
How we feel in times of war and hunger in our towns
Looks to me to see more and more people with frowns.
Sadness is around us all year round the globe
Be happy for small mercies and never ever probe.
Feelings today are to be treasured far and wide.
Relaxing in the sunshine watching the tide.
Peacefully singing a lullaby to chill
Not singing songs with reference to kill.
If you see a child along the waters far
while driving along in your brand new car.
Make sure they are happy and are smiling too
Because remember long ago that one day was you.
You can have all sorts of feelings from when you
wake until you sleep.
They are joy, happiness, anger and sometimes
you like to weep.
You can love every minute you are alive and
singings songs
If this makes you feel good and does rights
by the wrongs.
If you're feeling sad and lonely remembered
all the time
That if you have a friend to talk to they
will share their last dime.
Keep smiling through and through even when times
are sad.
You're alive and well sitting here in the best
life one can have.
Treasured thoughts of how you are feeling today.
Are stored in your brain as you sit and pray.
God is out there watching when you are down
So try to be happy like me and never frown.
You are special as I am special too.
How I feel some days is tired and blue.
I keep a smile behind me for when times are hard
And when someone needs cheering I send a card.
Well, heres how I am feeling all written down for you
Read well I see you smiling and joining me too
When you are sad and lonely and feeling down.
Sing a happy song and never ever frown.
Thanks for reading this with me I hope you have enjoyed.
And remembered a smile to join me in not being annoyed.
I am feeling hapy and singing a song
In the parlour where I belong.
