I wake up today with the sun on my face
The rays gently brushing my skin
I Yawn and I stretch and breathe in the fresh air
I soak up earth's energy to within.

And like the new day
I am given a new chance,
To love
To cry
And live my best life.

I am strong, Have good health.
I have all that I need..
I'm blessed to have my family,
My soul is whole indeed.

The joy they bring
Gives me strength I say,
To win the battles
I face each day

So now that I know this,
I can now see
I'm as healthy and as Happy
As I make my mind up to be

Here is my wish
Heal me as I need.
And My request to the stars
Will be answered with speed
