The most important things baseball managers should do at spring training

Baseball managers should be something like a pedigree. Fundamentals seem to be the most emphasized. Owners would want the Baseball Manager to be bit something like a rabbit foot, a lucky charm and, sort of a mentalist. Although, it is really tough to say when they run a tight ship, but, baseball managers should love the game more than their salary, conceptually. They have to almost read everybody's thoughts and, do anticipations that could steer the entire game which, could be similarly compared with a chess game, except there's no queen or, pawns, everybody is idealistically, a knight, right? Baseball is really, as people would say, a lifestyle. Idealistically, baseball managers should be feared like when you stare the eyes of the bull and, be so strong. Really, the game should be fun because, that is the first thing they teach you in the little leagues.

Baseball Manager have to study each player and decide who would make the best captain. Maybe, they would pick the person who is more mature, or, the person is more flashy, or, the person who is the most clever or, the person who would have the most catalyst for the team. The game is really deeper than what it looks like from the surface and, spring training proves it is all about building more abilities inwards. The manager would have tune up these players individually and, set them against each other for practice or, whatever strides of improvements possible. There's each drills for the players to take action about. There's the physical conditioning. There's the mental conditioning. There's the political conditioning, as well. There are many one-liners that could help a player explode individually. Some words stays with the player as they walk up to the plate. Honestly, coaching is about being a giver.

The chemistry of the team and, keeping a healthy adrenaline level is a manager's responsibility. You know Robert Redford plays interesting roles and, that set of thinking could applied to the game. Chemistry of an ego is pretty tough things to manage and, these marquee players are probably prone to be sensitive with what has to be shared or, mentioned. These are people's beads of sweat there. Most people I know want to win. Losing could cool the steam off these bats, if living the dream gets destroyed. Managers got to invest their valuable time in developing these players like functionality of the dark room; with photo chemicals fuming. The sparkly diamond of baseball is something like an anniversary to keep a date with yearly. The game is corporate now with imports from different country and, it is just an instinct thing. However, the role is all about making results happen, making magic happen and then, the black dog or, the underdog becomes the MVP player.
