Need to get excited about weight loss? See, this is probably due to the fact that we humans do anything, such as our jobs, school work, or exercise, better with motivation and excitement fueling our every move. Sure, I could easily just say "Shut up, stop reading this, and do your damn exercises," but that would be rude and ineffective; additionally, it may discourage you from exercising to lose weight because of the negative tone I would be using to say it, and the key to getting excited about anything is to stay positive. But no, you need to find the core of why you want to lose weight, for one reason or another, and do it for yourself rather than for some crazy writer who just happens to be telling you to do so.
If you are trying to lose weight, you are obviously doing it for someone or something that you believe will benefit from it. For example, say you're starting a workout plan because you want to lose weight and be able to impress others, possibly attract a mate of sorts. To add to this debacle, let's say you're roughly the size of a newborn sperm whale. So at this point, even getting a remotely attractive member of the opposite sex to even go out on a date with you seems to be a pretty daunting and nearly impossible task, which means you've got quite the twisting and turning path ahead of you. Here's where motivation is going to be handy at the least.
Maybe you've already seen your dream girl, or guy for that matter. Maybe you've already gotten a chance to talk to him or her and want to continue to impress. Or maybe you just have an inkling that you're weight has always been a deterrent when trying to meet members of the opposite sex. Sure, no one's directly said it to you, per se, but humans have a strangely innate ability to sense when someone is looking at them, particularly when someone is scrutinizing or otherwise studying them. So it should be motivation enough that other people will in fact look at you differently if you change the way you look (that statement alone makes sense, finishes itself). Think, don't you want to be attractive? Can't you imagine how others will look at you, and the social advantages that will come with looking better? Just thinking about that should get you excited: having a girl/boyfriend, enjoying your own appearance. Keep imagining, keep dreaming, and you will get excited and start losing weight in no time!
Now it's time to decide that you want something, that you need something, and you will do WHATEVER IT TAKES
