Look out the window and see what you see
not a leaf on the trees are in motion
the black clouds I see slowly moving in
where we sail every week on the ocean
It won't be long, give it some time
but batten down the hatches
don't forget to tape the windows
there's nothing we can do with the thatches
It's hot, really hot but soon that will be taken care of
with the wind and the rain and some possible hail
that storm will be bringing, my love
Don't be afraid, there's no place to run
we'll have to sit this one out
we don't have a car, we missed the last plane
besides there's no gasoline about
So, let it hit, we've done all we could
to save everything thing that we have
Soon it will pass over and my darling, I hope
and we'll still be here.....
