TomTom introduced the new low end GPS system TomTom ONE 130 S. The solid and sleek design makes device looks more costly than actual price. The new vehicle mount is very easy to install and it also includes many high end features like text-to-speech functionality. The ONE 130S having 3.5" QVGA touch screen with 64,000-color and 320240 pixel resolution.
One 130S offers 3D graphics with crystal-clear display, the device gives you spoken instruction on every turn with the name of the street which helps you to find the route on any address in United State and Canada.

The device is packed with features like TomTom MapShare technology probably one of the best map technologies gives you accurate information and MapShare technology enables you to modify instantly street names, direction and POIs. This GPS is very slim and light weight. It also offers text-to-speech, plug and go, help menu, plug and go, map share technology, home software, RDS-TMC traffic ready.

The price of TomTom ONE 130 S is the real winner as you get most of the high end features in very low price. The price of One 130 S is cost $249.95. It's hard to find a world class GPS feature with the brand name like TomTom with this range of price tag.

The entry level device like One 130 S having text-to-speech functionality is the one of the best quality ONE 130 S have, the only drawback you will find that the volume of the speaker is not very good , when you are on the road it is very difficult to heard anything. The most of the event can be handling by the touch screen as it has not many external buttons except from the power button and the mini usb port. The database of ONE 130 S has 5 million points of interest (POI). That's a lot of places to have at the touch of a button.

ALL the major category like ATMs, gas stations, and lodging is included but unlike the other high end GPS from TomTom you won`t able to search for restaurants by cuisine type. The earlier ONE 130 doesn't have the Help Me menu but the ONE 130 S features which is included in latest's Version 7 software of TomTom.

Over all the TomTom ONE 130 S is a quality, affordable GPS that has all the basic features and functionality. While it is on the low end of the Tom Tom GPS models it will get you where you need to go without getting lost. That alone should give you a peace of mind when you set out on your trip or to find a specific location.
