It is very strange that some people do not like lemons but I will tell you a wonderful recipe which includes lemon and the cake is very,very delicious. Even those people who do not like lemons will like this cake.

Ingredients:
8 eggs
2 cups of flour
1 cup of sugar
80 gr butter
1/2 cup milk
2 baking powders
1 lemon

Method of preparing:
Beat the yolks first with the sugar. Then beat the egg white and add it to the mixture. After that add the flour mixed with the baking powders,the lemon zest, the lemon juice and the lemon pure. The melted butter should be added next. Oil the baking pan and place the mixture into it. The temperature of baking should be 180-200`C. After the cake is ready you can spread sugar powder on it. Serve the cake with coffee.
