Should mothers bring their children to work?

No

by Charlets

Now way! No kids at working place most especially in my nuclear power plant business. I mean, how can you work and serve good when you have kids around you? If we will allow that practice,oh my! we do not even know how many children you have at home that you are planning to bring to work? Unless if your business cannot grow without the presents of different annoying children around your business. Men and women or parents are just a human being and once their kids are getting hurt or doing something not good at work, they have to give them attention and how much time do you think that conversation will take just to stop the noise or whatever?

Children are not robots that if you switch off they will freeze or stop talking or whispering. It's a hassle to yourself as a worker and it's a big loss to the business owners especially if you are working at the hospitals at night. Some patients don't like to be disturb of any noise or sounds because they are miserable for being there in the first place and now you are adding the headaches that they are suffering.

The business owners will have to insure those children too as you are. When those children gets injured within your business facility, don't you think you are out of the responsibility? It really just depends of the arrangements between the workers and the employers. But for the sake, let your kids have fun outside, do not drag them inside your working place and deal with the boring time at work.

If you bring your kids at work, everyone is a loser because the kids don't like to get stuck for several hours doing nothing and as a workers you cannot concentrate in your job assignments and for the business owners you will be losing valuable times and money to just busy employee around your business. Good if your employee is busy working with your business but if being busy because of his/her whole family being at work.

There's no positive effects for both parties if you bring your children in your job. If not lucky you could lose your job in no time. Unless if your Boss is so desperate to find a worker like you because he/she just pay your salary way below the minimum wage. Did you hear of taking for granted or taking advantage? That's what I mean! Some employers push you to the dead end of your choices because you need the job and they pay you so cheap. It is hard but for some individuals did happen to them.

Another issue of bringing your children at work is the age. How old is your baby or children? Stop thinking! Because it doesn't really matter. They are human and feel bored too. Unless if you just work or duty for few minutes a day. But if that's the case, what kind of job is that?
How much money you will earn for just few minutes a day? But if you own the business then it's alright.Few seconds will do it to let your employee know that you are still alive!

Some women already work real slow plus kids would be equal to rest and getting paid at the same time. Are you not tired of being always around with your children every minutes? I mean, no matter how perfect parents you are you still feel tired. And what would be the future of your children looks like if they will spend their time mostly in their parents job.

Are they supposed to be playing with other kids or doing some exercise to stay physically healthy and mentally strong? If your baby is infant or just one day old, this baby needs an environment like home not work. And it really depends what type of job you have and the environment that you are working at. If you work in a day care and your kids have the same ages as of those children in your job then I do not see the problem but still other parents would not trust most if you have more kids in that daycare than the others just enrolled in that facility. You will have to do some type of favoritism in the long run or few days.

The solution, do not make a baby if your job is so important to you because your baby will ended up to your office crying or in your cubicle pooping or screaming while you are busy with your clients. Then if that happens how will you handle the phone call from your customers when they all hears the cries and screams of a baby or newborn.

If your business is selling a life insurance or anything, the customers have to think that you are a scam because you are actually selling stuff at home only. If I am not familiar with the products and I just stumble it online or other posters and then I called at the contact number but then the one who answer is a woman or man with an infant's cry in the background, don't you think you have to back off a bit and think why there's a baby in the background, when in fact it was listed as an office or workplace? You will probably lost that customer.

So the negative result is more than the productive result in bringing kids at work. It's up to you if you own a billion dollar companies around the world and your aim or goal is to help all working parents to earn substantial income without much work! Good luck! We will see if you will not file bankruptcy in the next few months!
