Now way! No kids at working place most especially in my nuclear power plant business. I mean, how can you work and serve good when you have kids around you? If we will allow that practice,oh my! we do not even know how many children you have at home that you are planning to bring to work? Unless if your business cannot grow without the presents of different annoying children around your business. Men and women or parents are just a human being and once their kids are getting hurt or doing something not good at work, they have to give them attention and how much time do you think that conversation will take just to stop the noise or whatever?

Children are not robots that if you switch off they will freeze or stop talking or whispering. It's a hassle to yourself as a worker and it's a big loss to the business owners especially if you are working at the hospitals at night. Some patients don't like to be disturb of any noise or sounds because they are miserable for being there in the first place and now you are adding the headaches that they are suffering.

The business owners will have to insure those children too as you are. When those children gets injured within your business facility, don't you think you are out of the responsibility? It really just depends of the arrangements between the workers and the employers. But for the sake, let your kids have fun outside, do not drag them inside your working place and deal with the boring time at work.

If you bring your kids at work, everyone is a loser because the kids don't like to get stuck for several hours doing nothing and as a workers you cannot concentrate in your job assignments and for the business owners you will be losing valuable times and money to just busy employee around your business. Good if your employee is busy working with your business but if being busy because of his/her whole family being at work.

There's no positive effects for both parties if you bring your children in your job. If not lucky you could lose your job in no time. Unless if your Boss is so desperate to find a worker like you because he/she just pay your salary way below the minimum wage. Did you hear of taking for granted or taking advantage? That's what I mean! Some employers push you to the dead end of your choices because you need the job and they pay you so cheap. It is hard but for some individuals did happen to them.

Another issue of bringing your children at work is the age. How old is your baby or children? Stop thinking! Because
