Summer makeup tips

Sweat, heat and humidity.. Characteristics of summers.
We need to think light and fresh in summer to get through the day. Dark or overbearing makeup, not only looks harshly ugly but is uncomfortable to carry during this season. Your makeup should be natural and in nude or pink shades.

Cleansing: It is very important to cleanse your skin off the dirt and excess oils which accumulate during the day. It is advisable to use a good toner to clean your skin atleast 3 times a day. Moisten a a or cotton ball with toner and just wipe your face, emphasizing on he nose and cheeks. Also wipe your neck which tends to get dirtier.

Foundation: For the base, you should use a very light powder which will not cake on your skin and look plastered on. Its advisable to use liquid founaion with a little moisturizer. Do not use too much. Bronzers are also a good choice and make the face look more attractive. Its better to use them on your cheekbones and forehead.

Eyes: You eyes should be carefully done in summers. Too smoky or black, during the day will make you appear overdone. Instead use eyeliners of nude and green shades, depending on your eye-colour. Try using neutral eye-shadows or light shimmery nudes. Line half of your lower lashes with the same liner as on top. Use clear mascarra instead of dark black. And if you do, do not use too much shadow to counter it. These days neon shades, like electrc blue and lime green are also in fashion. You should only apply them if you ae sure you can carry the whole white-tank top, beach-y look. It takes a lot of guts to use those colous but they look absolutely stunning

Lips: Lipgloss is a must in summer. It makes you appear fresh and lovely. You should use pinks and light beiges. It is better than lipstick as the gloss reall brings a face to life. If you do use lipsticks, try using glossy ones. Use lighter shades to appear fresh and clean.

Cheeks: Blush is a makeup essential. It brings a person to life. Do not forget to use a pretty pink natural shade on your cheeksbones. You could also use the recent shimmery ones which sien just a little and look very pretty

Sunscreen: Do not forget to apply sunscreen as it protects your skin from the UV rays and is very very important for you!

*You can use shimmer on your arms if you are wearing sleeveless to bring instant glamor to your arms.
*Sunglasses are an essential. They proctect your eyes and look absolutely classy.
*Do not go anywhere without your toner, lipbalm and blush. This is all you really need
*Have fun and enjoy your summers!
