Cooking: How to make an ice cream cake

A friend of mine gave me this recipe many years ago. I love to make it around Halloween time or for any day in the fall.

Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream Cake

1 Gallon of any brand vanilla ice cream
1 Store bought pie crust
1 or 2 cans of pumpkin filling
Grahm crackers

What you do is get a big bowl. Take the gallon of ice cream. Mash it all up until it's soft. Add the pumpkin filling, mix it in the ice cream. Then break of some grahm crackers and mix that in. Once your all done with your mixture put it in a pie crust.

Freeze overnight and you will have a pumpkin pie ice cream cake
