Get that Horse Tail hair look by doing the following:

First -Pick a shampoo that smells good to you. Open up the bottles and take a wiff. Does the scent take you to another place. Then that is the one you want. I like the scent of coconut, it reminds me of being on a tropical beach.

Next - After Washing and Conditioning your hair, turn your head upside down and towel dry it.

When you have done that, apply a quarter size of hair protien to the roots of your hair. Rub it into your hands then gently massage it into the roots. I have a favorite one that I like, but I am not sure if I can name it. It does however have the word poition in it, and it costs over $10.00, but every drop is worth it.

Put another quarter size of hair protien in your palms and rub together, this time rub it into every strand of hair.

Now Comb your hair through with a large comb.

Using a round brush and a blow-dryer, that has a diffuser on the end, start at the root of your hair and with a round brush and the blow-dryer working from the root to the ends of your hair, dry your whole head of hair.

Tip: Dry your hair upside down for a fuller look.

Once you have completed this step, using a pre-heated flat iron. Taking section by section straighten out your hair. Take your time and count to 60 for each section. Remember to start at the root, as close to your scalp as possible.

Now when you hair is all straightened. Using your round brush again and the blow dryer, style it upside down by going from root to end as you did before with the brush and blower.

use a dab of hair shining stuff, you know the kind that says it is a finisher, rub it all over the front and back of your hands, then all in your hair, but gently.

With one last puff of the blow dryer, Lift up your head like the models do in the hair commercials, and there you have it., straight hair that looks like a horse's tail.

Now this whole process, if done step by step and depending on the length of your hair can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. But the benefits are so worth it with the looks and compliments you will get.

A quick spray of lightweight super hold hair spray will keep you looking great all day long. Enjoy you look!
