It's the opinion of this writer that that any adult who is convicted of molesting a child, should be sentence to death. I am all for the basic rights of every human being on this planet. However, when a grown individual rapes an innocent child they have given up their rights to be called a Human anymore. We have to stop pretending this problem is just going to go away, and do something about it. We must send a message to these people that this is not a tolerated act in this country. We must protect our children from these predators. The best way to do this is to show them how harsh the punishment would be if caught, and convicted of this hidious crime
To me this is the lowest most despicable act one person can do to another. The very thought of it makes me sick to my stomach. The Supreme Court recently ruled that the death penalty was considered cruel, and unusual punishment for a child rapist. I have to wonder if a few of the judges on the Supreme Court had ever had one of their own children raped by an adult or another older child if the outcome would have been a little different. I have never experienced this in my life either, thank God. I don't think I would have been able to control myself under those circumstances.
One of the biggest reasons we have such a high criminal element in this country, is because, we care to much about a convicted persons rights. criminals never serve the original sentence they are given. We have criminals in this country suing the victims who fight back, and in the process of fighting back the offender gets hurt while perpetrating the crime. When are we going to stop this nonsense? Our prison are over crowed, we have people in prison that should have been put to death years ago.
Even after we convict someone, and sentence them to the death penalty the majority of them die of natural causes, because our judicial system is so slow, and so filled with red tape no one can make any headway anymore. So instead of complying with the death sentence we allow them to live, and we feed them three times a day we shelter them, and take care of their medical bills as well as dental. We provide some of them with more than what they had before they were sent to prison. This is all being done at the expense of the very people who sentence them to death their peers. We have innocent people in this country due to no fault of their own can't afford medical, or dental coverage because it's so expensive, yet we provide these services to a condemned
