San Antonio is the second largest city in the Texas state, a cultural gateway into the American Southwest with a population of over 1, 2 million in 2007with a metropolitan area of nearly 2 million people.
The city is a popular destination, with many attractions like "The Alamo", "Sea World", "The Torch of Friendship" or the historic "River Walk" and a destination for passionate shoppers. A center of glamor people, well known as a true shopper's paradise, shopping malls and miles of outlets or specialty stores, with famous brands all over the word, here you can find everything to suits you needs and pocket.
The large malls will make you forget yourself in a world filled with colors, beautiful plants, water, and very busy people searching for your new wardrobe, on outlet shops help you find designers work at good prices, you will find real bargains
"Fashion Valley Center" offers you class for businessmen in a huge two-level outdoor mall. Tiffany, AMC multiplex, Gucci, Apple and Sony make from these a fist class town square of American society.
At "River Walk" you will find great unique boutiques and retail shops for gifs or souvenirs, have a bite to eat a one of the restaurants or see a movie. Latter on you can take a River Cruise that is embarking from the mall.

Crossroads of San Antonio" offers over fifty specialty shops, restaurants and theater. Brands like Stain Mart, Super Target, Hobby Lobby, New York and Co. or Burlington Coat Factory have spaces in this splendid indoor mall.
Other great place you can go is "Otay Ranch Town Center" a new regional mall, is a lifestyle mall with a business look, "North Star" the only place in South Texas with so many retailers, or visit the elite selection of shops and restaurants in "The Shops at La Cantera" a very new shopping mall in the northwest side of the town.
Fresh labels you can find in "Huebner Oaks Center" like Old Navy, banana republic, Pier 1 Imports, Ann Taylor and Victoria's Secret. This shopping center holds over 60 stores and AMC Huebner Oaks 24 which is one of the best theaters in the city. "Westlake Mall" is home to the famous label Target, but also to other small businesses, specialized shops and small restaurants.
The city is also famous for the Antique shops like "Charlotte's Antiques & Clocks" with a great collection of European and American antiques or boutiques like famous "Julian Gold" with up-to-date designer wear like Armani, Escada, Big Blass, or the "American Vintage Company" with excellent-condition of vintage clothing and accessories - there isn't a day to waste anywhere or an hour to loose somewhere else.
Filled with great attractions and a large variety of malls, antiques shops and boutiques, San Antonio is a vivant city where business class and fashion meets, good taste in a beautiful green place to stand as a diamond is the crown of America finest shopping places.
