I'm a paradox.
an absolute contradiction who never wavers
as a faithful friend.
I do you no harm.
Peace man! Or... whoever you are
relax and share my star.
I am woman:
a warrior through and through,
I won't bite,
I only fight for a cause called you, and you and you.
Heaven knows what I'll do tomorrow!
I'm here now, then gone with the wind,
I belong to all lands... and to none
for I was born in the Sun.
I carry my thoughts
with care,
I am not me, but we!
our song is to know the heart
don't need bones to speak, I have a mind
which feels your wound for it is mine
and time to be a while
to care:
this doesn't cost.
my leaves grow on the vine of truth,
I give you one to eat and feed the hunger of your soul,
go now for I must weep
to leave you free
where I must carry on,
I'm a paradox.

I'm not too short, and not too tall

I've got a look of Robert Redford,
crossed with Steve McQueen,
sing a bit like Elvis Presley,
dance like Mr Bean!

I used to think
I was the leaf,
wilting
and

upon the wind,
falling cold
to the ground,
cracked
and
cr umbled
