Dreamers and idealists,
Hang on
Like a tenacious bulldog,
To what they want to be true.
Gripping fiercely. . . .
Refusing to let go. . . .
Even when their dreams lie before them
Tattered. . . .
Shattered. . . .
By reality.
So you see . . . .
As hard as I try. . . .
I can't quite seem to extinquish
That faint. . . .pinpoint. . . .glimmer of hope,
Flickering deep inside me, that. . . .
Some where,
Some time
I'll stumble across him. . . .when I least expect it.
And find
My dream is real
And has been longing
Searching
Waiting
For me.

My hair fell loosely
