By "PC Setup" I am assuming you are asking what kind of computer and program and possibly an instrument to input music into the computer. Most computers today have enough memory to creat and store your compositions. If you are going to work with notes and tracks you need a program to install on your computer. I use Power Tracks Pro Audio. You may also use Band in a box. There are many more. You could check out pgmusic.com for more information. To save you trying to interface your instrument to your computer I suggest you use a keyboard for example with a disk drive with a disk drive. Now you simply play and record your tune until you get it right. Then thru your audio cable from keyboard to puter have your program record your performance your keyboard has recorded. When done save it to a file. Wave or WMA file for example. Now you can send your performance via emmail or upload it to your website. Hope this answers your question about PC Setup to work with music.
