Each state should be able to balance their own budget. Each City Planner should be grouping the city projects in order of project needs. Example: Paving the road after all that needs to be fixed first. Getting away from private rented storage. As a victim of B.O.I.L. of Oregon, I wonder if this State agency works with big business as an alternative for the abused employee, in all 50 states? I would like to see how many cases are won for the abused employee that has come for help from this state ran agency. The state worker for the public I had in Oregon, we will call him Mr. Stopter, which had said, he has "37 other cases" that he was burdened with, that was also going to court. Are these cases really a burden? Are these cases, money making for the state? Does Mr. Stopter take bribes? How many people in Oregon, or in any other state win in civil cases against Big Business with State LLC License using state or federal employees for help?

B.O.I.L Stands for Bureau of Labor and Industries. LLC stands for Limited Liability Company filed with The Secretary of State.

"This letter is to inform you that the above-caption filed with the Civil Rights Division has been dismissed because the Division did not find sufficient evidence to continue our investigation". "After 90 calendar days from this date, the right to file in state circuit court is lost. If you are interested in protecting this right, you should consult an attorney immediately". These people are paid by our state taxes, and the state receives Federal Grants from our "over-taxed dollar". With holiday pay and cost of living increase, pay raises, and always being broke, why would the state want to protect your civil rights?

Now if you request for Pubic records on your case, it will cost you more of what you have already paid, "in taxes". This is directly from the Civil Rights Department of Oregon. For copies of closed investigative files, a fee based on weight of the file that factor in labor costs, copy costs,
