Recipes: Salmon patty balls

There is no doubt that the salmon balls are tasty and very easy to be prepared. I often make them when I expect guests and every time everybody who once tastes salmon balls wants at least one more. I will write you my recipe and the way of preparing them.

Ingredients:
2 cans of salmon (well drained should be the salmon)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2-3 cloves of garlic (grated if possible)
black pepper
salt
1/2 cup of flour
1 carrot(grated or finely chopped)
1 green pepper (middle-sized and finely chopped)
2 beaten eggs
oil

Method of preparing is very easy. If the ingredients are prepared as written above mix them very well into a large bowl. Roll the salmon balls with this mixture. Heat the oil in the frying pan and when it is hot enough put the salmon balls into the pan. Brown them well on all sides.

You can serve the salmon balls with tomato sauce or mayonnaise mixed with peas. Enjoy Them!
