She likes her solitude, there is safety there
No one betrays her or lies and says they care.
People have only caused her disappointment and pain.
She prays her trust she will soon regain.
She is very wary of any person called "friend".
She has so many scars that have yet to mend.
From unkind persons who pretended to care;
And have left her trapped in their evil snare.
There were two friends earlier in her life
Who truly cared; never caused her strife.
But, you see, they were meant for a better place.
God needed my friends to love and embrace.
Now she is left with the loneliest of days.
Will everyone shes trusts abandon or betray?
Or will someone find her and teach again
The meaning of being the truest of a friend.

If we could do it over
start again anew
would your ring be on my finger
Would I still be loving you
If
