Extraordinary healing powers of the human body

The human body is capable of curing itself. There have been hints of the body's extraordinary healing power throughout history. Spontaneous remissions, people who suddenly walk or see again, these miracles have happened in the past and they can definitely occur again in the future. We all have the power within ourselves. We just have to learn how to apply it.

The human imune system is an amazing protective force. It is constantly on the alert for any danger to the body, and ready to attack bacteria or other foreign matter, at a moments notice. Unfortunately the effects of physical and emotional stress, pollutants, and abuse can all take a toll on the body's ability to care for itself. Long term exposure to extreme stressors can and will have health consequences.

If the body is under constant pressure from external irritants the systems that care for our body, weaken, grow sluggish, and damage or disease begins to creep into what was once healthy tissue. This damage further affects the body's ability to repair itself. So long as physical and emotional stresses continue putting pressure on the emotional and physical health of the individual, the body will continue to grow still weaker, and even less able to defend itself.

The power is there for the body to heal itself, but without a respite from the hundreds of external stressors that we encounter each day, our body is fighting a losing battle. The human imune system is trying desperately to mend itself. We just have to give our body the strength that it needs to fight. We must remove the harmful effects of stress from our nervous system, then the body itself can relax and gain back it's strength, so that it is then more able to heal itself.

We can create a self enduced complete removal of external pressure by using a little neurotransmitter of feel good messages that exist within each person. These neurotransmitters travel through our spine sending feel good signals throughout our body. They have the amazing ability to actually reduce feelings of pain and as such they are also known as our body's very own natural pain killer. They are known as Endorphins, and these neurotransmitters that are found within our brain, send feel good messages out through the spine to the many areas of our body. The message they transmit is one of intense pleasure.

When we exercise or participate in an enjoyable activity such as smiling, laughing, dancing, exercising or participate in a good sexual experience then they are released. These
