Lonely Arms
fractured Heart
moistened cheeks
from time apart.
A cord destructed
another day lost
to question and wonder
surrounded by others.
Intentions unknown
how to console
things not remembered
soon to outgrow.
Today's silence
wreaks havok on an empty womb
my blood birthed
and gone away.
