I don't understand...
Seeing him again was beautiful!
His eyes penetrating mine,
his smell as I curled up in his arms,
the jokes and smiles,
his perfection...
I wanted to stay in his arms.
Forever...
I didn't want him to go.
I held on like a child,
pulled him to me,
I had tears in my eyes.
Don't go, please don't go.
He had to.
I wanted to tell him so much.
That he was beautiful,
that I wanted him in my life forever,
that I can't bear to lose him,
I want him in my life
Circumstance is what stops it.
So I watched him go,
the way he said he hates to see me that way,
tears in my eyes,
he seemed to run out the door.
I wanted to pull him back in,
I wanted to hold him longer,
I wanted to feel him against me,
I wanted to give him love.
I prayed once,
to please not let him slip away,
to keep him here.
I miss him already,
his laughter,
his beautiful eyes.
Why does it have to be so hard?
I want him in my life.
Don't slip away I pray,
don't slip away.
