I'm an unplublished writer of romance, I during my researched of popular novels, I have discovered that there are eight plots that are still sure to work great. The first plot is a marriage of convenience, the hero and heroine don't like each other but they each need something from the other, for example the heroine needs to get married before her 21 birthday to inherit 1 million dollars and the hero needs a loan to buy out his partner half of the business, before his partner sells to some big time investor who would ruin the company. The second plot is stranded with a stranger, the heroine's car breaks down at the end of the hero's driveway in the middle of a snow storm. The hero can't leave the lady to freeze to death in her car, so he invites her in to call a tow truck. The tow truck can't get out till the snow stops, and the plows clear the road. So they are stuck together until the snow stops which could be for days. The third plot is a great one a nervous runaway bride, two young lovebirds fresh from college are getting married, until the heroine ditches her husband on their wedding day, her excuse she's too young to get married. The hero angry and hurt that the woman he loves ran off decides he wants nothing more to do with love. Ten years later they meet up again on the same Caribbean romantic singles cruise. The forth plot is good one for beginners it the secret baby plot, the heroine decides to go home with the hero who happens to also be her boss, after a great New Year's eve party where there was a large amount of alcohol served and consumed on all sides. Now the heroine is in trouble, she going to have a child. Her boss would certainly freak out. The heroine takes a long vacation, claiming her Aunt's ill and needs her, when the heroine comes back to work the baby is never mentioned and the heroine's aunt looks after the baby, at her daycare. Every thing goes fine for a few years, until the day the Aunt comes to the heroine's place of work. It only takes one look for the hero to see it's his baby. The next plot number five is the reunion romance, the high school graduation was great and the prom was even better. The class nerd was locked in the basement after he tried to ask the head cheerleader to dance, and her boyfriend the captain of the football team heard him. Now 10 years later it's time for the high school reunion and the hero of the story happens to be the very nerd, who spent the senior prom in the basement. The hero is now a very well
