WHEN YOU SUSPECT YOUR SPOUSE IS CHEATING.....

1. Gather all the clues.
2. Turn them into facts (meaning prove them).
3. Get rid of him, pronto!
4. Go and get checked for any STDs.
5. After you've cried a river, ate all the Rocky Road ice cream, and watched The Notebook a hundred times...MOVE ON!

It is a process and a heartbreak, but it's definitely not the end of the world. It is the end of an ungrateful, low scum, heartless, hopefully-gets-an-STD-and-his-heart-broken-by-a-woman-that-he-later-comes-to-find-out-was-a-man, worthless piece of crap that dares to call himself a man. Yes he never deserved you and YOU definitely did not deserve someone like him. Go and live your life and on your way you will find a wonderful man, where you least expect him to be found!

Be an independent woman and prove to the ex that you don't need him and you're not dying without him because chances are he will eventually be DYING to come back to you after he's had his fun (or proved the mistress was a man! hey, anything is possible), but by then you'll be over him. Show him what you're made of, but do it more for yourself and for your children (if any involved), they need you more than anything.
