I am ever so sorry
I robbed you of your character
I stole your individuality
And I claimed them as my own
Maybe, just maybe,
I invaded your privacy
I searched through your computer
And I might have rummaged
Through your trash
Now, you probably didn't expect
Someone to go to such great lengths
But I admit that I did
I know you probably need your identity
So I will give it back
But I'm afraid I've lost my identity
I'm not quite sure how to find it
I'm not even sure I want to find it
Which is why I took yours
Once again, I'm sorry
Although I do like yours better than mine
Yours is just so unique
Much more respectable than my old one
And also unlike mine, worthy of being stolen
