How to eliminate body odor

We all have body odor. But some odors it's just too much to handle but you do not need to be mean to others it's just because they smell stronger than you do. Understand that some hard working individuals are too busy on their jobs and that they missed their showers or deodorant before going to work. But you can help them remind about the level of their smell either be strong or a bit smelly.

There are many factors involved why we human being keep some smell to ourselves. It can be medical reasons or just laziness in your part. Some people I know, do not like taking showers often nor likes to apply deodorant or other odor treatment. To make it sure that you have the odor that everybody has, you need to take showers if your body is sweaty or dirty due to the condition of your job or your health conditions. If it is in your physical conditions then you might want to eat antioxidants fruits and vegetables.

If it's because, you are just plain lazy try to consider someone's nose also. It is not easy to hold your breathe just because your armpit explodes a smoke that you cannot inhale or exhale for long. There are many body odor treatment in the market today so shop around and try which one is really effective to your skin. Some deodorant won't work for you but there should be a brand that works pretty well for you body.

You might want to avoid eating spicy foods or other food that causes you a bad breathe or armpit odor. Good grooming or hygiene does play an important role in eliminating your body odor either be feet odor,armpit, or legs or other parts of your body.

Ask your family doctor also about your conditions and that would be the best you can do if nothing works for you. Take some medications or prescription to help your body odor resolve.

Try to eat plenty of dark green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. These foods will surely help get rid of your unwanted smells. And of course, do not forget to brush your teeth and take your bathe as often as you can so that you only concentrate on your medical issues about your odor.

Simple healthy diet is really the best thing that you can do to start cleaning your smelly world. You need to be clean in and out with yourself to smell fresh and gloomy. Avoid getting stress because that will lead you to lose your interest in keeping your proper hygiene at home or in your work.

When you are down, your smell will get stronger so always be optimistic to keep your mind and body fresh and clean everyday.
