Artichoke Parmesan Dip
This dip is a wonderful accompaniment with any red-meat main dish, and is pleasing to the eye as well as your guests palates. The rich aroma of the grated fresh parmesan cheese and cracked black pepper will bring the family to the kitchen before the dip comes out of the oven. It's delightful!
3 large artichoke hearts (fresh), cooked and diced
1 (8-oz) container Garden Vegetable flavored cream cheese
3 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp freshly grated black peppercorns
Mix all ingredients, and bake in a small 4" x 6" casserole at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Serve with warmed tortilla or pita chips.
