Darkness closed in; I could see nothing around me. I was only able to stretch out my arms and feel the emptiness. I searched for the unknown, feeling nothing then a soft hand gently had taken my own.
"Aaron?"
"I'm here, Haven." His voice lit up the darkness.
"I can't see anything. Where are we?"
The voice flashed a pale yellow light into his face, lighting up his lies; it was not Aaron. Instead, it was a boy about my age, pale, thick brown hair, deep blue eyes filled with mystery.
"Who are you?" I asked while I walked back cautiously in fear.
"Don't be afraid, Haven, I won't hurt you." He walked toward me, hanging his arms high in surrender.
"Who are you?" I asked again. My voice shook with fear. How did he know me?
He continued to walk faster to me, quickly dropping the light on the ground and grasping my wrists tightly in his hands. I tried to struggle away, but his hold was too strong.

As I exited the bed and stood up, a sudden feeling of dizziness rushed over me, I tried to steady my head with my hands as the old paintings on the walls stretched apart and grew into normal shape again.
"Are you all right?" Liam's voice sounded to the far right of me.
I looked quickly to his direction, about to fall backward with the next rush of dizziness, but was surprised to see Liam's arms catch me.
"What ?" I began to speak but his soft fingers shushed my lips.
"Hush, don't speak." He removed his finger and set me comfortably lying in the bed. He lay next to me as we both stared at the ceiling. Several silent, awkward moments passed between the stranger and I, but I was finally able to control myself to speak clearly.
"How do you know me?" I asked.
"This is no time for questions, Haven," he whispered softly. "I'll tell you later. Let's just sit and think for a while."
So I obeyed his wishes, all the while, wondering who and what this Liam was. He was extraordinarily beautiful, even more than Aaron. His deep blue eyes were filled with so
