Wait a minute! What are you talking about? You have to hire people with severe disabilities? Did you understand the word severe? Where can you find a person with severe disabilities and still running on the streets or carrying luggage to the airports? What type of job you can trust with some who really has a severe disabilities? We are talking about severe in here,we are not just assuming about a minor bruises from a scratch or a single punch in your face.If it is severe that means it is badly injured or damaged and then you will give them a job just to get rid of illegal immigrants? Common now! Be realistic in this topic.
Let me ask you something, let's put you in a severe condition and then I will let you serve as an army or even just a very simple task in our community. Are you willing to do the work or you just want to take suicide instead? You are already suffering from your severe health conditions I presumed plus your family is dragging you to the workplace. What kind of treatment is that to let the severely injured person to work? That's inhuman!
Severe disability is bad and if you can make yourself as a severely disabled person but then you are capable of working that means you are just faking your disability.Because a real severe disable man or woman find hard to even eat or breathe so how about assigning this individual with a specific schedule to work it's not going to work even if you want to force him/her.
Well, I am not in favor to hire illegal immigrants but I rather get one than to make the disable family member to work just to replace the spot of an illegal applicant.
Illegal immigrants are human being too who happen to be outside from the United States and cannot afford to finance or support the immigration process.Give those individuals with free acceptance and free processing for their immigrant status.
Put yourself with the illegal immigrants shoes too and see where you go if the economy is not good in your country. I bet you are going to look for the source of food and money. It's just happen that United States is rich country and those individuals just want to have a piece or share a bit or work hard to survive.
When some of those immigrants who are illegal, they were so happy to finally cross the fence or border in order to provide income or support their family back home. You are just lucky that you are like them.Make it easy for them to process their papers so that they can work here legally and peacefully and fairly.
But, some of those people are just human who likes to violate the rules in immigration and are not willing to cooperate to get their papers done to stay legally here in United States. Some of those illegal immigrants ended up killing innocent citizens here in United States. And treat them like anybody else in accordance with the law.Do not blamed them as being illegal because even if you are legal or not,if your mind is a murderer then one day you are going to kill someone if you want.
Killers are not based on immigration status it's just an action of any irresponsible human beings for whatever reasons or factors of the killings.
So either hiring severe disabled citizens or letting the illegal immigrants to work it's just not right. So find another way to balance the issue that will benefits to both parties without sacrificing their health.
If you hire disabled people and then burn your business or store, what will you do? Fire that worker and then hire another severe disabled? Or just let the illegal work and then help him/her to adjust his/her residency to work legally? Don't you think that is more humane in a society?
