Home Made Flag

Jacob goes out to war
With a flag cut out on his bedroom floor
He's going to fight the terrorists
Never thought things would come to this
His mother cries & stays in bed
Wishes they'd take her instead
He walks tall with a hand-stitched star
To make a date with Hezbollah

Esau picks up his sword
To do his duty by the Lord
With a sack of Semtex on his chest
He's going to eternal rest
His mother cries & stays in bed
Wishes they'd take her instead
He opens the door & bravely treads
With a home made flag wrapped around his head

Jacob's out on sentry duty
Sees his brother & duly shoots him
Knowing he's not the perpetrator
Esau hits the detonator
Rebekah cries & stays in bed
Wishes they'd taken her instead
But old Isaac's too far gone
To really know what's going on

They gathered pieces of home made flag
To send back to them in a bag
But being badly burned they made the switch
cause they couldn't tell which was which
