Quick and easy crockpot recipes are a wonderful way to fix a home cooked meal for your family without the fuss and muss that comes with creating a three course meal on your stove. The meal that my family can never wait for me to cook is our Slow Cooker Pot Roast. Full of vegetables and bison, this is a can't miss recipe that everyone will fall in love with.
Ingredients you'll need:
2 cans of low-fat condensed mushroom soup
1 package of dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups of water
4 pounds of bison or beef pot roast
8 small red potatoes sliced
8 carrots cut in chucks
In your crockpot, mix the water, onion soup mix and mushroom soup then add your pot roast and vegetables.
Cook on high for three to four hours or on low for six to eight hours. Serve and enjoy!
