The emphasis would be on stopping the hatred and war against each other, to stop the killing of innocent people and to evenly distribute the world's resources. We need to ensure that there is equality in the world and that we feel compassion for each other, instead of gaining from other people's adversities as is the case in today's world.
We should not be encouraging one group of people to be so indulgent in their wealth that they don't know what they have. Often they are ignorant of other people starving to death, dying in the streets and are not willing to share their wealth for the good of others. I would like to tell everyone to stop living with the illusion that they are masters of their own world and existence when it was a higher being, an architect of the universe who has created everyone - God, and stop stealing His thunder. It is He who is master and has the final say in everything that involves life and death.
To young people who choose their partners on looks or status alone, look deeper and see people who you may not have given the time of day to. Guys, don't keep looking for the Barbie doll when you go to a party - maybe the short dowdy girl with the crooked tooth and large hips is a better person, and has the kind of depth that you might be looking for in a girl. Girls, maybe the quiet guy in the corner of the room might seem like a dag with his stripy sweater, but he could have the kindest heart and would never treat you badly. Think outside the square and stop the stereotypes. Maybe the rich guy with the sports car might make you look good to your friends, but he may not be capable of being faithful and show you the love that an ordinary guy might be in a better position to give you.
I would like to appeal to employers to stop looking at ways to cut as many of your staff as possible for a profit. Sure, you need to make money, but if you did your homework properly in the first place when deciding how much staff you need, you wouldn't need to shed staff suddenly unless it is something unforseen. Those people who work for you have families, they have bills and need to keep a roof over their heads. It may not be your problem, but if you are a responsible employer you will help them find their feet again if you really need to dismiss them for genuine reasons. Don't get a buzz from putting people on the street from your bad financial decisions.
To everyone I would say treat each other as a human being, not as an instrument for your benefit. We can all be part of the human race without treating each other in an undignified manner. This world was created for all of us - and none of us has the right to decide who lives and who dies. We are all entitled to happiness and a decent standard of living.
