Is there anything more attractive then the ebony skin of a young princess? The absolute beauty of an ebony princess, the smooth dark, luster of her skin begging to be caressed; her eyes like deep serene pools, beckoning you to dive in and be swept away by her overwhelming desire.

What knight could resist such a damsel? But this fair lady is not in distress; she is bold and courageous and is often times unforgiving in her nature. A knight can not simply claim this beauty, he much earn her respect and her devotion. To be her knight, you must first learn to be her friend; her equal; her rock; her man and her lover.

You have to understand that even in this day and age, you'll have to break through or at the very least push aside the barriers society has placed in your path. She may not be as open to the idea of being courted by a white knight to start with because of these barriers. You'll have to be understanding of her fear and uncertainty, to approach her in the beginning. If she is reluctant, it is likely more a matter of peer pressure placed on her by society rather then due to any prejudice on her part. Typically, the ebony princess is a very strong woman, but she also has a very real sense of family and history. From the first moment you try to approach her you'll have to prove your worth.

The first thing you have to do is to earn her respect. To do this you have to understand what and who it is she respects. She is one who respects strength and sacrifice, loyalty and love; honesty and integrity. These are the things that are at the very core of her being. You have to be strong and willing to stand by her side to protect and defend her, sometimes even if that means protecting her from herself. You must endeavor to understand her feelings, her passions and her deep sense of family and commitment. But you can only truly gain her respect through your honesty. You will have to be a man of your word, who she knows she can rely on. You'll have to establish this early in your relationship and realize she will be watching you very carefully. She's going to expect you to disappoint her and be unfaithful. She's going to be watching and waiting, wondering if you'll prove yourself under fire. In her eyes being honest is being strong and that is how she will judge whether or not you are worthy of her respect.

The ebony princess is complex and not a fragile soul. To find your way into her life you'll have to understand what makes her laugh, cry, sing and rejoice. She is
