The best online computer card games are: Spades, Euchre, Canasta, Hearts, Solitair, Cribbage, Gin and Poker. Online computer card games even have tournaments. I'm thinking of joining one. Going gaming is on my to do list every day now. It has become a hobby of mine.
I play Spades and Euchre the most. They are the best computer card games around. And, every now and then I play the others that I like too. Today I played Spades for one hour and Euchre for another hour. I play a couple of hours per day. If lady luck is on my side I play for a long amount of time. All the games take both skill and luck.
It is more fun when the game you are playing is rated. It makes winning more serious. I tend to win about the same amount of times with a non-rated game. Taking off the winning pressure of a game can be an advantage too. Sometimes I play better without the added pressure of winning. And, it is more relaxing.
With online computer card games you can get a robot for a partner or wait for another person player. I play with robots some of the time when there are no people available to play. The robots are always there to fill an empty seat if needed.
Playing with a robot is intimidating because they play so fast. People ponder their moves first. Some people are faster than others. I fall in between fast and slow. I'm an average player with average scores. When I get tired I really slow down and that is time when I know to quit playing.
It isn't fun playing tired because mistakes are made with bad judgement. Having good judgement is the key to a successful plays along with good luck. Luck plays just as big of a part as judgement does. You have to have luck on your side too. A bad hand is a bad hand no matter what or how you play.
Playing one or two player card games is easier. Watching the other 3 oponents takes a lot of concentration. Watching, waiting for their every move. Solitair is more simple because you only rely on yourself. Every move you make is your own. There is no other considerations to be made and you can focus on your own game. And the whole game is a reflection of your own playing skills.
Two play games like Gin and Cribbage are private. You can chat with the other online player while waiting for your turn. Sometimes I don't want to chat and I don't type in anything. Depending on who I'm playing I may type a few words but not much. I mostly concentrate on my game. While some others mostly want to socialize and wonder why I hardly chat much. These are my best computer card games.
